Intermediate Practice Series Thursdays, 9:30-11:00am at Mountain Yoga, Oakland 4-8 week series that methodically deepen and develop your yoga practice. Learn how to execute challenging poses with greater ease and pleasure. Experience the real-life benefits of asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. One class builds sequentially on the next in each series to develop a particular area of practice. Drop-ins OK, however series enrollment strongly recommended.

This course takes aspiring teachers and those simply learning to deepen their experience of yoga into a profound exploration of the various ways sound has been used throughout history in yogic practice.
