Hatha 1-3 Yoga for body AND soul. For self-care, as much as self-improvement. Ann calls on 30 years of teaching and deep personal study for classes that develop a strong and resilient body, clear mind, and tranquil heart. Includes asana, pranayama and subtle energy work .
Soul Sundays are a space and time to come together in soul nourishing song and contemplation, regardless of our spiritual or religious inclinations. Gentle movement, breath work, chant and meditation. Free.
Sound Meditation. A morning practice that includes two traditional yogic sound techniques: chanting long tones (kharaj) and deep listening practices (naada yoga.) Deeply relaxing, and often more accessible to those new to meditation.
