Soul Sundays are a space and time to come together in soul nourishing song and contemplation, regardless of our spiritual or religious inclinations. Gentle movement, breath work, chant and meditation. Free.
Sound Meditation. A morning practice that includes two traditional yogic sound techniques: chanting long tones (kharaj) and deep listening practices (naada yoga.) Deply relaxing, and often more accessible to those new to meditation.
